Art Basel Paris 2026: More Than 200 Exhibitors From 41 Countries Under New Direction

Art Basel has announced the exhibitor lineup for the fifth edition of Art Basel Paris – the first under the direction of Karim Crippa. Running October 23–25, 2026 at the Grand Palais, the fair brings together more than 200 galleries from over 40 countries and territories.
Art Basel Paris 2026 takes place at the Grand Palais from October 23–25, with Preview Days on October 21 and 22 and a public Vernissage on the evening of October 22. The fifth edition marks the fair's first under the direction of Karim Crippa, who envisions Art Basel Paris as a platform shaped by the city, for the city, and in generative dialogue with the international art and cultural community.
The fair is organized across three sectors: Galeries, Emergence, and Premise. The main Galeries sector brings together over 180 leading Modern, postwar, and contemporary art dealers from France and internationally – including Gagosian, Hauser & Wirth, David Zwirner, White Cube, Thaddaeus Ropac, and Marian Goodman Gallery, alongside prominent Paris-based galleries such as Templon, Chantal Crousel, Perrotin, and Almine Rech. Nearly 30 galleries are participating in Art Basel Paris for the first time.
A record 12 joint booth presentations – the highest number in the fair's history – reflect a growing culture of experimentation and cross-gallery collaboration. Highlights include Michael Rosenfeld Gallery and Jeffrey Deitch presenting Beauford Delaney alongside Alteronce Gumby in a cross-generational dialogue, and ChertLüdde with Ellen de Bruijne Projects bringing together feminist and experimental lineages across three generations.
The Emergence sector presents 16 solo booths dedicated to emerging artistic practices across the balconies of the Grand Palais' central Nave. Twelve of the participating galleries are first-time participants, with many presentations newly commissioned or produced specifically for the fair.
In the Premise sector, nine galleries – including six making their Art Basel Paris debut – present historically grounded, research-led curatorial projects. Highlights include Galerie Zlotowski's presentation dedicated to computer art pioneer Vera Molnár, and Olney Gleason's showcase of works by Robert Indiana and Ellsworth Kelly drawn from Indiana's personal collection.
The fair's parallel programming is equally compelling: the Conversations talks series returns to the Grand Palais auditorium, and the signature Oh La La! rehang initiative takes place on October 23 and 24. Miu Miu returns as Public Program Official Partner. Paris's leading institutions – including the Musée d'Orsay, Musée Picasso, and Fondation Louis Vuitton – will present major exhibitions throughout fair week, turning the whole city into a stage for contemporary culture.
