Following the premiere of SPRING BASEL last year, the spring festival at Messe Basel is entering its second round with a program that has been expanded at all levels compared to the premiere. The number of exhibitors has been increased from around 100 to 115, Halls 2.0 and 2.1 are now being used instead of only Hall 2.0 and the festival program has been expanded to 88 program points. From creative and carnival workshops, dance battles and concerts to panel discussions and comedy – the festival offers exciting entertainment for every taste.
Expo with special mobility show
In the exhibition areas of Home & Garden, Sport & Leisure, Beauty & Health, Safety, Cooking & Lifestyle, Wine Worlds, Spirits, Food & Drink as well as in the special mobility show, visitors can experience 115 exhibitors and discover new products at the start of spring. A highlight here is the special mobility show, curated by Garage Hollenstein in Aesch, with new electric vehicles and a go-kart track.
The festival stage for Basel culture
Basel culture takes center stage on the festival stage and in numerous workshops on the festival grounds. Numerous local partners, bands and comedians ensure an entertaining and varied festival program. The panel discussions will take place from Wednesday to Saturday at 6 p.m. and the musical highlights will be provided by various Basel artists, including newcomers Piera Nicola, Juan Ithemba, Am Tae, Prismoe and Nola, who will heat up the audience on Thursday.
