Ties Hendriks joined MCH Group as CEO of MCH Global in June 2017. He built up the agency in Dubai – and later also in Zurich and Amsterdam – and developed it into the regional market leader in Experience Marketing. Some of the most impressive projects that the MCH Global team has implemented under his leadership include the “Icons of Porsche”, the 25 pavilions realized for countries from around the world at the Expo 2020 Dubai World Exhibition, and the recent relaunch of the Geneva International Motor Show.

With Don Lee as the new CEO of LMS, MCH’s largest division will be headed by a consummate professional with a true global outlook. “With this decision, we are taking a decisive step forward on our way to harmonizing and focusing our worldwide business and underlining our ambition to grow together into a global group of companies. In this way, we will be able to operate not only more efficiently but also more successfully in the future,” emphasizes Group CEO Florian Faber.

Don Lee, CEO MC2
Don Lee has been CEO of MC2 since autumn 2022. During this time, he has achieved an impressive performance from the MC2 team, acquired new international customers and significantly increased the division’s sales. “Together with the existing regional management teams of our three LMS companies, we will further strengthen our unique DNA and accelerate the growth of our division,” says Don. “My goal is to realize our full potential in the strategic conception, creation and implementation of innovative experience marketing platforms and to deliver exceptional solutions to our global customers.”
